2014–2016 — Advisor to Chancellor, Gearhart, Jane Gearhart, and Judy Schwab for the curatorial and acquisition of Art works for the Fowler House. This includes several visits to Artists Studios and research on reputable Arkansas Artist for the collection piece for the Fowler House among others.

2014-2015 — Met with WolfBrown of San Francisco to discuss Northwest Arkansas’s Art culture and future, funded by the Walton Family Foundation. Walton Family Foundation, Arts Convening meeting with key Arts leaders in the NWA community with WolfBrown of San Francisco to a discussion about Northwest Arkansas’s Art culture and future.

2013–2018 — NASAD-Worked with the faculty in Art to begin the process of accreditation in 2013 through the National Association of Schools for Art and Design, Associate Membership granted in 2017

2013–2014 — University of Arkansas Rome Center Committee, revitalized the Art in Rome program after 4 years and created a new course system that would support two Art faculty a year, and funded 10 scholarships for Art students to attend.

2011–2018 — Chair/Director, Budget increase from an annual operating budget around $1,000,000 in 2011 to around $3,200,000 annual operating budget in 2018 for the (Department) School of Art; secured an additional $3,500,000 over the next five years from the University of Arkansas to match the Walton Family Charitable Support Foundation gift to the School of Art

2011–2018 — Served as an outside evaluator for a tenure and promotion cases for individuals going up for promotion each year

2010–2016 — University of Arkansas Public Arts Oversight Committee, active and spearheading member engaged in all decisions at the administrative level with Chris Wyrick, Kellie Knight, and Brad Choate; facilitated the communication on the Hillside Auditorium building with Willie Cole, Chakaia Booker, and Leonardo Drew; Champion Hall building (Although most of the credit for artwork in the building goes to Marc Mitchell) Allison Kudla, Lenore Thomas, Allan McCollum, Hank Willis Thomas, and Carson Fox

2017 — Arkansas Executive Forum (AEF), managed by the Walton College of Business Keynote Speaker. This is a group of the most important business leaders in the state of Arkansas that have been meeting for the past 25 years, once a year. I was invited by Walton College of Business to be one of the Keynote speakers.

2017 — Arkansas Art Educators Conference in Little Rock, Keynote Speaker of the event “School of Art: Transforming Arkansas Through Art Education”. I spoke to the 300 attendees about the School of Art and its future impact on art education in the state.
